Lauren Trevathan, LCSW

Welcome!  I strive to provide a warm, non-judgmental space.  I enjoy working with people who are seeking improvement in their quality of everyday life.  In addition, I have extensive experience working with clients who are struggling with anxiety, depression, going through change or struggling with issues in relationships, loss, trauma, self-esteem, and other life stressors.
Finding a therapist with whom you can build a trusting and therapeutic relationship is both challenging and critical. I encourage you to follow your intuition and find that authentic fit. My first objective is to create a supportive and compassionate environment—a place where you feel safe releasing difficult emotions and breaking down the barriers between the life you have and the life you want.  I always move at your pace in a way that feels comfortable for you.  I look forward to working with you and helping you to reach your fullest potential.
